在游乐园的一角，有个卖棉花糖的男人，实际上他是α星人Ｍ7。α星人为何会出现在日本呢？原来是因为α星近来受到地球核试验和火箭发射的影响，损失惨重，于是α星长官派遣Ｍ7和监视役零八来到地球。Ｍ7附身在了日本人铃木太郎身上来到日本。由于铃木太郎是大聖化学的新员工，所以Ｍ7也就过上了铃木太郎的生活。 α星上没有女性，没见过女人的Ｍ7，被大聖コンツェルン会长秘书和铃木太郎恋人的魅力所吸引，眼睛都看直了。 Ｍ7和零八都被α星长官赋予了超能力。Ｍ7滥用超能力，比如让弹珠台不断出球，把讨厌的前辈同事扔飞等等。有一天，他还把大聖化学制造的大炮炮弹变成了烟花。
